Refund Policy

At Rising Tide, we strive to honor donor intent and ensure satisfaction with your giving experience.

Accidental or Duplicate Donations: If you made an error or a duplicate gift, contact us within 30 days at raisingthetide321@gmail.com with your name, date, amount, and confirmation number. We will issue a refund to the original payment method when verified.
Restricted Gifts: If a program is fully funded or unavailable, we may reallocate to the closest mission purpose. Contact us with any concerns.
Recurring Donations: You can modify or cancel at any time. Email us or use the link in your receipt before the next scheduled charge.

Refunds available up to 7 days before the event, unless otherwise stated on the event page. Transfers to another participant may be allowed.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (timing may vary by bank).
