Rising Tide is a nonprofit organization providing direct support to students and families.

Site content is for general information only and may change. We make reasonable efforts for accuracy, but do not warrant completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Donations & Payments

Donations are processed by third‑party payment processors. By submitting a donation, you authorize the charge. Recurring donations continue until you cancel (see Refunds/Cancellations below).

Intellectual Property

All content (logos, text, graphics) is owned by Rising Tide or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not use our trademarks or content without permission.

User Submissions

If you submit content (stories, testimonials, messages), you grant Rising Tide a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use it for mission‑related purposes (e.g., anonymized impact stories), subject to privacy protections and any written consent requirements for student information.

Third‑Party Links

We’re not responsible for third‑party sites or resources linked from our Site.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rising Tide disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations—your rights may vary.
